  • Responsibility for obligations incurred by CFI before the asset purchase remains with CFI
  • The transaction allowed CFE to continue serving customers with relevant equipment, shop capability, and technical experience

Operational continuity

Capability Customers Can Rely On

Although CFE is separate from CFI, the asset purchase helped preserve practical shop capability, technical experience, and customer support for industrial fabrication work.

  • Experienced engineering, office, shop, welding, and fitting personnel
  • The same West Park Avenue facility and fabrication equipment
  • The same ASME and National Board code stamps
  • The same heavy industrial fabrication capabilities and standards

Why this matters

Transparency for Customers and Vendors

CFE is committed to conducting business with clarity and integrity. We are proud to serve the industry with the capabilities acquired through the asset purchase, while making clear that CFE is not associated with CFI's financial or legal history.
